大企業とはいえ、エキサイティングな仕事の機会、自分の力を伸ばせる仕事の機会は限られている。
なのに、「90点以上を出せるような人たち」は、こぞって大企業に入り、居つづけ、
そういった乏しい機会を奪い合う。
一方、ベンチャーでは、
「90点以上を出せるような人」ならば、実力を伸ばせる機会がたくさんある。
「いい人さえいればできるのにね」というプロジェクトが、そんな人をいっぱい待っている。"
